This dip is a crowd pleasing, yummy dish and my favorite thing to take to potlucks and parties. It always gets rave reviews!
2 cans of artichokes, chopped up
1/2 tsp. dill
1 c mayo
1 c Parmesan cheese
8 oz grated mozzarella cheese
8 oz sour cream
a pinch of garlic powder
Mix all ingredients together, add a sprinkle of Parmesan to the top add a little more dill and bake uncovered at 350* for 30 minutes.
Serve with Keebler Townhouse Crackers, chips or any buttery-type cracker will do nicely.
