Am I Mom enough? Probably not.

Anytime breastfeeding pops into the conversation we have started a debate. And Time Magazine knows that. And I think I’m tired of it. You know what? You do what you think is right for your babies and I’ll do what I think is right for mine.

Thoughts on Lactivism (a repost)

My whole argument regarding formula can be summed up as thus: Formula is for babies that would starve otherwise. It shouldn’t be marketed “as good as” because it ISN’T “as good as breastmilk” but rather “good enough”.

Touched Out

Sometimes the fidgeting, the twiddling, the pinching, scraping, foot dangling, pulling, kicking, kneading, hair curling, lip grabbing, shoving, chomping, and humming can bring you to the point where you feel like you want to crawl out of your own skin.
