Parenting on the Road
While he is gone, I have to be both mommy and daddy. I have to be the fix it lady, the furniture builder, the maker of silly voices, and the sporty parent. But when he comes home, the kids are stuck to him like glue.

Remember… Kids are always listening!
It’s kind of scary to think about how everything we say and do shapes the thoughts and opinions of our children. Even a silly comment over breakfast (beaver glands anyone?) can be tucked away and saved to be pulled out months later in a crowded aisle of the grocery store.
